Going to sue this company for harassment. Need a good lawyer. Anyone know one ?

What a deceitful company. A few weeks after moving into a home an ADT rep shows up at my door and says he is there "to perform a walkthrough and you may have received a heads-up about it". A complete lie trying to take advantage of people! Unbelievable. I have heard many negative experiences over the years and now I have one of my own.

ADT is awful. DO NOT USE THEM. They lied to us about the capabilities of our cameras and then when we tried to get help, it was impossible to get anyone to help. We spent hours on hold over several months and just got passed around. They are dishonest and extremely unhelpful.

Do Not get ADT. They are very deceptive in their business practices and will lie to you. I feel like they have treated me with the utmost of disrespect and have not been willing to work with me on the issue that I presented to them. They even told me the issue had been resolved but refuse to pull up the audio recording of the conversation. Go anywhere else but DO Not get ADT!!! This company blatantly lied to me repeatedly.

Would never use this product. Old hone owner left security service screen. We acdently armed it. We called adt to disarm it . They reaued to send some one to help and they would not remotely disarm is. Customer service refused to help. If I could give negative start I would. It's your security service that locked us in our house. I would be fine climbing out my window for a day or two untell you sent some one to fix your product. Never going to remccomend people use your services. In fact I would be willing to go out of my to make sure people don't ever sign up for adt.
