They have the best most up to date technology and knowledgeable personal trainers. Plus if you want privacy and no crowds this is another reason to check this place out. Will give you a week free pass to see if you like it before you commit.

Wow! I had my first workout and I can sure feel it today! Josh was terrific answering all my questions. I was a little skeptical at the start but wow, again. It is everything he said it would be. Looking forward to getting results over this summer! So lucky to have Quantify Fitness right in my neighborhood.

This gym is a rare find. It uses the latest high-tech equipment with a personalized approach. They will meet you where you currently are and help you achieve your health and fitness goals in just minutes a week. The exercises are very effective, efficient, and safe, so you get optimal results in minimal time. This is great for busy people who do not have a lot of time. The workouts are based upon evidence based science and data and, in my opinion, better than personal training and traditional gyms. Whether you are 35 or 75 years old, they have a program for you. They believe in their program so much that they offer a free 2 week intro.
