Im about to contact someone at the state of TN. MTE is fraudulently billing me for higher usage. Everyone PLEASE start taking screenshots of your usage in the MTE app the day after. Because what they have done to me several times is they change the usage to a higher amount - days later. For example, I check Tuesday usage on a Wednesday and it tells me the amount. I go back and check Tuesdays usage, 3 days later, and that day magically went up - days later. Im starting to take screenshots every time they do it so I can present it to a higher authority to investigate them. Keep an eye on your usage and document so they cant upcharge you later!

We had a power outage, with lines down in front of our business, today during the storm. MTE was here within 30 minutes of making a call! Great work guys! We appreciate you & all you do!

This place is a rip off. My bill is $150 for just me and one other person. My bill shows cooling as majority.. its been so cold outside I havent used any cooling!!! I called up there and the lady literally told me oh its just reading as cooling and It may just be heat it just does that like she has no idea what shes talking about. WRONG. It shows heat in red and cool in blue on my app. This place is not helpful at all and I will be going up there today after work to raise hell.
