image from my own experience, i would not trust Joey Ebach (company owner) with your time or money. it seems as though my review i left two years ago has now vanished, but i left the exact same review for the other location (Franklin). im leaving another to ensure nobody gets screwed over again, whether youre a client or employee.

image If I could give no stars I would. Very unprofessional and unorganized company. Continually didn't show up for cleanings, and would continually try to bill for the cleanings that were not done. This is because the management had no clue that their staff had not shown up to clean. They asked for an additional key under the guise that this way another member of their staff could clean when the regular could not. After we canceled our service with them, I come to find out that actually one of the staff that had our key had moved away and they did not retrieve our key from her before she left.

image If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. These guys do not clean! They gave me a quote and then when I complained several times about the poor standard of cleaning they increased the price, because "they were rushed" I even paid the increased price for a few weeks but soon realized that the standard would never improve no matter how much feedback I gave them. I never write reviews but I had to because this is the WORST company I have ever used for anything. One week they just didn't clean the master shower, the next week didn't even touch the kids bathroom, the floor was always filmy, one week I'm sure they didn't even wipe down the kitchen counters. They are absolutely terrible. I paid them to professionally clean my house weekly and it stayed filthy. Sometimes they would have a 3 person crew and I honestly have no clue what they did bc they did not clean. They will cancel at the last minute or just not even show up! One time I was expecting them to clean before a party I was having and I got home from work to find no one had even been there. After the last service I sent a message including pictures and asking for a refund and said I would have to find someone else. Tracy said she sent my message to the owner, Joey, but he has decided to ignore me I guess. You would be better off throwing your money in the trash then to hire this company. I have someone now (just one lady) who cleans very thoroughly and charges less. I forgot what it's like to come home to a clean house after using trinity. I'm just sorry I didn't fire them sooner. The review on here that gave 5 stars has to be a lie from a family member or something. There is just no way. Please stay far away from this joke of a cleaning service.

image I first setup cleaning services with Trinity Cleaning Care LLC in March to be done on a monthly basis.  Scheduling:  I do not think they have a good system in place for monthly customers. I setup the first cleaning in March, then they called me to set up a good date in April, but in May they did not call to schedule and just showed up at my door.  I had other engagements on that particular day and was not home to let them in so they 'rescheduled' to later in the month.  After that instance in May I would receive a text message the morning of the day they decided to come out letting me know they were on their way and would charge a cancellation fee of $35 if I cancelled without 24-hour notice. (24 hours when I didn't even know they were coming until the same day?) For July, I called to setup scheduling only to be told I was already scheduled for a cleaning the next day. Terrible communication and scheduling setup. Cleaning Services: The initial cleaning wasn't too bad. There were 3 ladies who came and worked for about 2 hours to knock it all out. However, every month since that first cleaning has been very disappointing. Being on a monthly schedule, I was told that everything on the cleaning list, including the italicized items, would be done every time. Unfortunately, many of the things were not completed and I think it was a waste of money for this cleaning service. From the most recent visit this morning, here are the things that were on the company's list yet were not completed:- Blinds and windowsills not done- Baseboards not done- Ceiling fans not done; living room ceiling fan partially done but was informed that their duster broke yesterday so in order to reach the fan she stood on my piano stool after I explicitly stated not to use any furniture to stand on. (I would rather have a dusty fan than her to have a fall, seriously.)- Floors in master bath not completely done, several sections were not swept/mopped.- Kitchen sink not done (yes, it was empty of any dishes, but still was not wiped at all)- Clean outside of trash can not done- Kitchen light fixtures not dusted- Light switches not done- Outside of kitchen/bathroom cabinets not done- Stairs not done (usually they would sweep/mop the hardwood stairs but today this was not done)There are also a couple things that aren't specifically stated on this company's list and not done, which I had requested and was told 'sure, no problem'...- Sweeping under the furniture that is elevated off the floor because we get so many dust bunnies (master bedroom/living room areas)- Dusting/wiping the wainscoting  - I think this should be included with baseboards or the dusting of horizontal surfaces yet wasn't done.So all in all, I give them 1 star. I already do all the basic cleaning myself and had wanted help once a month from a team to come in and help knock out the nitty gritty things that I just don't always have time for... too bad it didn't work out.
