I have had some major issues with my car. I have taken it to many places and told they couldn't repair it for less then 1000's of dollars. I took it here and they fixed it as will as another issue for a tenth of what others wanted. Yeah, I will definitely be back

Took our Jeep to Mr. Fix It after two other shops tried to rip me off and lie. Rod took it in, diagnosed the check engine light at no charge and then fixed it in one day at a fraction of the cost quoted by the other shops. Being a woman, my guard is always up when it comes to who I let work on my car and looking for an honest, reliable mechanic can be overwhelming. I consider myself lucky to have ended up in Rods care at Mr. Fix It and am relieved to have found someone who I feel like I can trust to be straightforward with the information and knowledgeable about the repair. If youre looking for a new mechanic youll be in great hands here.

He had fixed my vehicle for a few years and I thought i was a good customer. I feel like the work was acceptable until the same things he fixed would be something else or same problem with a different diagnosis. prices are like highway robbery. Wish I knew years ago how much more I was paying. Job difference in compressor $1800 plus tax and a very reputable Mid TN Valvoline repair shop... charged me $867 including tax. I was extremely satisfied with not only price but honesty and the work done. Had cold air all summer and heat running strong this winter. I'm staying warm when we sub-zero.
