I wish I could give Tim more than 5 stars. Listen, I'm the type of person that does hours of research when finding a new service and/or product. I'm so happy I followed my heart and went with Tim's firm. Not only does he have a physical location, but he and his team specialize in handling taxes for clients that are outside of their 2 locations, of course you've got to be within TN. I hope my review can help others wanting a cpa firm that makes things exceptionally secure for their clients. He has a secure platform he uses so you can feel safe in uploading your documents to him (for those that live outside their locations). Same goes for making my payment to him. Everything is SECURE! Communication is very quick, which considering my best form of communication is email, he was very prompt in returning an answer to my question. Oh and you even get a email confirmation from them when he's efiled your docs. You also get an email copy of your docs, which again is on a secure platform, and also get a hard copy mailed to you. My favorite part is that he doesn't mind clients asking questions! The previous agent I worked with huffed and puffed when I asked her questions. I mean, seriously, why are you a cpa if you're not going to tolerate clients asking clarifying questions right? Anyways, I'm very happy with Tim and his staff. I will never have to look for another cpa firm ever! Unless they decide to retire, which I hope they don't! Thanks Tim!
