This cleaner did a poor job. One of my jackets had lop-sided lapels and no sizing. I pressed over it myself. Also, the hemline is now puckered. The other jacket still had the stains in it. I had them to redo it and it was cleaned. No one answers the phone. The answering machine said someone would get back to me in 24 hours. That never happened. There was no apology for the inconvenience. I don't want to have to wonder if my clothes will be handled properly when I drop them off.
