I bought a Meile Vaccum here a year ago. Went in to get it repaired today, a simple $20-30 part. The same man that sold it to me, was unwilling to help me or even pick up the phone and call other stores to search for the part. He told me it could be months before he could get the part. So I told him we would not be buying anything from his store again and then he offered to fix the vacuum for free.... poor customer service and attitude for a store that sells high end vacuums....
