My mom has been left at least twice, agent could not find her in system, and instead of waiting normal 45-1 hrs for transportation pick up back home, she's had to wait 2-3 hrs. These ppl have not been wanting to do their job since Covid-19 started!

Absolutely awful. Waited just shy of *5 hours* for a ride to show up. Called 3 times, and sister called as well. It was absolutely ridiculous! Then we were told it would be another 3 and a half hours before someone could come out - it took 2 hours "thankfully". There's no logic or reason to this. If there's an issue with getting a ride to pick up then we need to be contacted and notified, because NO ONE should wait this long for a ride.
