Corporate number does not work

It’s not a corporate number it’s the same crappy customer service number you call. Just a way to give its customers the run around.

Horrible service

We have been attempting to contact the manager at the Indian trial office and no return calls. We have made arrangements twice to meet someone to discuss the lawn and no call and no show. I did speak briefly with the sales rep Benjamin Herr yesterday he promised to return my call. I found him on LinkedIn he turned off messaging and blocked me. What kind of sales reps are you hiring that would do that to a customer???
Aeration done in mid August in NC why??? Killing weeds was done on only a small portion of my lawn not the entire lawn. Our lawn has never looked worse. Worst customer service and worst service I have seen in a long time.

Former customer

Terrible (management) service. First year customer and requested a refund following 4 treatments. Destroyed large portions of our lawn. Management (or anyone who knew what was happening) never came out to review the problem to offer any kind of treatment plan to repair it. My wife and I are ending up repairing it ourselves. Working with the Wixom, Michigan unit, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and in fact have already steered friends, family and neighbors to other services. Drivers were going to wrong houses and stating they couldn't perform a service because my dog was out in the yard, landscapers were at my house, etc. I do my own landscaping and I have no dog; in fact, there are no fences in my neighborhood. The drivers kept coming out (when they did) and said they don't know what is causing the problems, I requested they have their manager call me and no one ever did. I kept telling the people on customer service to have a manager or a real specialist call me and they never did. What a lousy service.

This company should not receive any stars because of the integrity of there tech’s. They constantly say they showed up and rang the doorbell yet never came. Meanwhile I have a camera. My weeds finally are dying after being burnt pulse it’s fall. At the end of the season. They put in a lot of effort to get your service but do not put in a lot of effort to ensure their staff is doing the job. It quite disgusting and will not be dealing with them next year. You have to call and follow-up when your appointment is canceled due to bad weather.

This company does not even deserve one star. I have never been promised so many scheduled appointments to be canceled over and over again — mind you I have paid in full a year in advance for these services. I have now had to cancel the winterization of my sprinkler system twice- Pushing me into November before I can clear my irrigation system. We’ve already had to cancel the sprinkler company twice and now it still won’t be able to be done until 2 weeks after they come to seed…IF THEY EVER COME TO AREATE AND SEED. I’ve called/messaged numerous times, left a review of the BBB and their Facebook page… I don’t know what the heck else I need to do to receive the services I’ve already paid for!

If you live in Connecticut DO Not USE THiS SERViCE . They burnt my front lawn in may . And now it’s September the lawn haven’t been fixed yet . I have reached out about 20 times and I am still waiting for them to repair what they did .

Very bad with over charging and confusion never will I use this awful company due to the run around on phone and over charge causing over drafts. dam shame.
