Ive been a Worldspice client for 7 years. Theyve never been great a customer service in general, and in all reality you can get the same internet circuit they offer from at least 4 other providers (yes at every address they service) much cheaper and faster. However recently they have taken abysmal customer service to a whole new level. For any if you looking at hosting servers with them you should know- they have been completely down for 5 days straight, and worse they have provided NO information or updates to their clients during this time. I would recommend you proceed with EXTREME caution if you are considering using Worldspice- or better yet save yourself pain and find another vendor!
