I buy new house in July 2019 but within 6 months my dishwasher and cooking stove is not working. This new but new Appliences not like this . Plz change my appliance.

They are the best at trying to get you to purchase a home. Once you close on your home they no longer want to deal with you. I have had rolls of sod sitting on the street in front of my house since around Thanksgiving. I have called everyone I can think of with Regency to come move it for the holidays so my family can have somewhere to park. My concerns have fallen on deaf ears. I come got daily to see the grass still there. Make sure when you decide to build a home through Regency make sure you're making the right choices and make sure they fix everything they need to withing your 1 year warranty they dont always tell you about. After that they really dont care about you.

The house was so rough that it had cracks in less than a year. They said the one-year warranty did not include this. Tell them many times, no matter, it's irresponsible.

Drainage problems in back yard. I've spoken to several drainage companies in the city and they said they were not surprised with my Regency complaint. They've seen it before.
I reached to office and they said wait til April so it's not as wet. Why can't you look at it now so you can see the river in my side and back yard?. I told them that there is the problem. There will be no flooding in the back of my yard in April when they finally come out to take a look. I was also told they follow TDEC regulations and they 'only followed the neighborhood's plans for drainage." I can't imagine this is acceptable for my neighborhood.
Last response from Regency was "well we can't control the weather. See you in April." I understand regulations, but how about doing the right thing for the people that buy your product? I can't enjoy my back yard or even walk in the back when it rains because of the severe flooding. Very disappointing and if you buy a regency home, don't expect them to help you with this type of issue. At the end, they'll just recite the regulations they follow.
