The store is clean and tidy. As an outlet store, the selection is not as large as one of the main retail stores, but there are ample selections of cookware, bakeware, small appliances and utensils. There is a smaller selection of seasonal items - scented lotions, soaps, holiday kitchen towels or aprons, as to be expected.
The price discount on store items is 40% at the time of this writing (3/2023), which is a nice relief for the Williams-Sonoma regular sticker price.

The customer service at this location is why I keep going back. Tracie and Leah are always very nice and helpful.
