I have LITERALLY NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE. Everyone I have ever dealt with in this company for the 15 years I have been a customer has been GREAT. Friendly people and everyone is extremely helpful. Services are at an affordable price and quite honestly I'd work harder just to afford them, even if they weren't! Every single time I have needed them, they come through. If our service goes out during a storm, they get it back on in record time! If something happens we need a service call, they rush right out to our home in the *mountains* (SO many people & companies won't hardly come up here, much less rush right over) and they fix it right away! Communication is great too. If there's anything different than what they originally told us, or they feel anything needs to be clarified, they call right away. And if they can find a way to save me money. they will. And I'm talking about REAL savings, not like when companies call you with so many of these promotions nowadays. I just switched my Direct TV to Ben Lomand because not only is it cheaper, but they have all the channels Direct keeps removing, AND Ben Lomand is a much more ethical company than AT&T (which is who now owns Direct) in my experience.

Every one I talked to was very helpful and friendly. I made a lot of changes and they were great about it. I only wish every company or at least every utility company was as friendly and helpful.
