Do not use these people! They will prey on you especially if you have immediate housing needs for your children. They
changed the lease terms on the day I was going to sign. So don't expect an honest verbal agreement from them. They even tried to trick me into paying more than their own listing. STAY AWAY!!! The dishonest agent's name is Barbie Nease. Find an honest company and take care of your family bc these people are heartless.
