the most rude & unprofessional people ive ever delt with. i simply went to cash a few checks i had put back because i am going on vacation. (checks dont expire for 6 months and it hadnt even been longer than a month when i got these checks.) there were 5 ladies looking at my checks and asking me a bunch of questions and even asked for my social security card. (they asked me a ridiculous amount of questions) which would of been okay but they treated me like i was a fraud of some sort. i honestly felt like it was because i am hispanic as well. very rude and unprofessional poeple. my bank is over an hour and a half away so i cant always make the drive to my bank. especially because i have a job and cant make it to the bank before they close. just felt super uncomfortable with the ladies working there. again they were all VERY unprofessional. i will NEVER EVER be coming back here and will be telling everyone about my bad experience here. people should be treated with respect!
