If anyone's looking for a realtor, I highly recommend Chirag Patel. I worked with 3 other realtors in the Nashville area and they were all more concerned about getting the sales commission than actually helping me.
With Chirag, he actually looked at houses with us like he was buying it for himself, pointed out flaws and defects that we missed about each house, took our ridiculous requests into consideration (east facing front door, 4-5 car driveway lollll), gave us honest feedback on whether we should buy or not, stayed up till 12:00am with us trying to search for the right home, and never tried to rush or pressure us in a decision. At one point I asked if I should waive the inspection for a house I liked and he straight up said, "I'm not going to let you do that.".
The people he works are also great. We had talked to 5 lenders before and no one helped us understand everything -- just gave us a bunch of numbers. Chirag recommended Ruchit to us who was very helpful. He talked to us for a long time and explained all the numbers and possible scenarios to us. Ruchit even picked up our calls at 11:00pm to answer random questions.
Overall, if this is your first time buying a house, or are buying a house for an investment, do yourself a favor and contact Chirag and Ruchit. You won't regret it!

My experience with this agent is terrible and I am very disappointed and heartbroken. I recently purchased a home from her in Antioch TN. I am a wounded warrior veteran and moved to this state for a job opportunity after departing from the military. There were several underlining issues to this home that were not discussed upon closing.
After closing, trash was still on the property which took over a week for people to remove. She hired unlicensed people to work on this house and there is still a ton that is wrong with this property.
My dish washer for one had wiring that was wrapped in electric tape ONLY and had a leak. Imagine what couldve happened to my life if it leaked onto the wiring? I couldve been electrocuted.
The roof does not have flashing ANYWHERE which means water can enter my home in any second and cause water damage. Plumbing was discussed to have finished before closing and it took 3 weeks after closing to get this done. The shower/bath was not sealed properly and the floors do not have protective guard underneath them to prevent water damage in case of a spill and the plumbing still needs to be worked.
There is a leak entering the basement though she said there was water proofing installed and a sump pump. When I called the company to discuss the lifetime warranty, they said it does NOT have lifetime warranty!
There is still a ton that is wrong with this house and as a veteran who used a veteran home loan to purchase her very first home, I am disgusted with how she could lie and treat me or anyone as a buyer. This just proves she doesnt care at all about other families and their forever homes.
Do not purchase from her. She lied and said there is warranty on roofing and basement; but there is none! Im truly heartbroken and wish I could take it all back. I dont even have the income or money to resale or buy another property. She ruined all of my plans. This is not how I wanted to start my new year!
I hope everyone takes caution when considering to buy from her company.

Negative stars. Buyers Be Aware!!! Melinda was a sellers agent and we were buyers, she is absolutely the worst and a nightmare. This company should really look into this, looking into reporting her so that she can be investigated.

Reliant Realty ERA Powered. She was the agent for property: 4270 Highway 41a Clarksville.
She wasted our time and money. She was specifically asked about the septic tank from the start. She stated it was fine, serviced. As we did our inspections, appraisal and everything else on our part we continued to ask her for proof of service. After three weeks of continues asking and almost at close of home, she says it is serviced by owner there is no paperwork. Really she couldnt have said this from the start when we asked? We were under the impression that she was getting us the paperwork for the service because thats what was taking time. The house is almost 20 YEARS OLD! Not once has it been serviced and she felt the need to lie and drag us along. We were already invested this far in so we decided ok we will pay for it to get serviced and thats when the deal went dead. I get you dont have to disclose something unless asked. We asked and were waiting for her to forward the documents and she thinks its acceptable to say that the owner serviced it with reddix an almost 20 year old septic!? Lastly, she would miss deadlines which are crucial, and or never get back to us in a timely manner. We definitely dodged a bullet but this review is to help other buyers and maybe even the seller to make better decisions with who they work with.
Update: home has been contingent continuously from our contract. She has not removed listing or updated if its back on market. Nothing.
