This place is trying to pull a fast one on our insurance claiming we damaged a boom truck with our trailer with a crazy amount of 17000.00 dollars complete rip offs PLEASE AVOID THIS TOW COMPANY AT ALL COST

Work for Schneider, broke down in the middle of Knoxville with the trailer locking up all the wheels, destroyed almost all of them. Schneider was very slow at contacting TA for assistance, and eventually when they came out, they said they could do nothing to help and left. After speaking to Schneider again, they contacted G&A and they were to me within 30 minutes, even with stopped traffic on the interstate. The trailer had tons of problems preventing it from moving to get work on at a shop, but they quickly fixed them all within an hour. I was on the side of the road for 20 hours total. If G&A were the first to be contacted, it would have been 2 max. Highly recommend.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with,they are truly the definition of dishonest people,he told me he could work on my truck and after having my truck for two weeks,he then called me and said to come get my truck and he's not able to work on it,then when I showed up and got my truck,he called the cops and said I owed him 200 dollars for hydraulic fluid that he claims to have put in my truck, but if he done no work to my truck,then why would he have to put hydraulic fluid in it
