I'm so sick of there Mobile deposit and when you try to get help well they don't do that here it's someone else that's not in on the weekend so basically your moneys gone until they say you can have it it's an absolute joke so now I sit here with nothing for my kids and if I'm lucky it will clear Monday I'm sick of this bank man everytime I turn around it's something!!!

I use the atm deposit feature every evening after work. Tonight it took my money and didnt print a receipt I called to get help and now its been sent to another department.. Will I get the money!? If the atm isnt working out out of order dont let it steal peoples money.
