I had a great experience with ordering for Valentine's Day. However, I was extremely disappointed and embarrassed when I saw the arrangement. The flower arrangement was puny and barely had accessories. The bow was just a red thin string. Supposed to have a stuffed animal; they sent a non-valentine day gnome that looked used and threw in a small box of candy that wasn't part of the arrangement. I was so embarrassed for my wife that they would assemble such a mess. This company should have been my eyes, being that I could not see what was ordered. So nice on the phone but the product was pathetic!

I use Surprise Bouquet for all of my special occasions. The flowers always exceed my expectations, and the service is amazing! The store also has gifts for any occasion!
