      image I have been returning items through ups to Amazon for yrs. I'm told on Amazon do not put item in box tape or anythg and I've had no problems til yesterday. My husband ran the dehydrator in original box in for me yesterday to this location. We didn't tape the box bc Amazon says not to well the young man told my husband if he had to tape the box it would cost us $1 and get this 62 cents.. Huh? First off it's to Amazon and we'll you already know they tell you to not do anythg. So my husband ran out to the car searched til he found the roll of tape and taped the box. My question is whete does the exact peice of 1.62 come from? So from now on I'll be taking all my returns to whole foods or kohl's

      image The only UPS Ive encountered that doesnt take USPS packages. First I was told they only take so many a day, then I was told they never accept them. I asked why and the employee said we just dont and looked at me as though I were an idiot. I just didnt understand since it has never been an issue elsewhere and I was wondering what the difference was for this store. No need to be condescending.
