Theres a letter that was delivered to my home today for a Gena Pickens. The address is an address thats in Illinois and I live in California. Im assuming these letters are timed and the young lady would have to respond in a certain time. Im hoping that you all call her and let her know so she isnt penalized for something out of her control.

One star is way to many. Housing discrimination is a crime for a reason. People with disabilities along with limited income by HUD Guidelines are entitled to preference not only if a person is homeless.it also states substandard living conditions. However, the staff only sees the word homelessits a sad disgrace. If you go to report the employee to their executive directorhe apparently thinks you are to far down the food chain and refers you to the Attorney who thinks intimidation and bulky tactics will cause you to be silent. Surprise surprise peoplelook up their lawsuits and know your rights. Contact TN Human Rights and speak to a Civil Rights Attorney. This place needs and will be held accountable. If an attorney reaches out automaticallywell there is a reasonthis is apparently a norm. According to Ms Rebecca the attorney she is their point of contact. So, the Executive Director isnt competent enough to speak and the attorney does. Guess whatthis place is Federally Funded. So, you have an incompetent staff and a boss who applauds this behavior followed up by an attorney. Its laughable and illegal. And, right to free speech is not. I will be more than happy to provide my correspondent.
