I dont know about others experiences, but when my mom was in rehab, Dr. Ross helped us handle a very difficult conversation. He came when he said he would, and he did not back down with the information he needed to give. He did a great job being tactful, yet factual. Before the meeting, he also spent a great deal of time discussing the facts with my daughter, so we had a clear picture of the situation.

Don't expect help in a timely manner. My son has been waiting 6 months for a diagnosis that was supposed to have been done in a 2 month time line. They did however make sure to get the bill to me right away.

Have been waiting on results for going on 5 months with zero communication, was told they were in only to receive a call 2 weeks later stating they arent. Consider going to a place with better communication and care for all of their patients.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
I have a degree in psychology and have spent a lot of time in therapy, so I usually know what to expect at these kind of appointments. I was wrong. I wasn't taken seriously, I wasn't seen/heard, I was stuck with $900 bill b/c of an error on their part with insurance, I went through 7 hours of testing without a break, and after all that wasn't given any helpful results. I assumed it was my fault somehow, so I moved on. Now that I see these comments...i'm sorry I didn't post this sooner!! Please don't waste your time/money, there are other options online! I have since been diagnosed with ADHD, and have finally after 5 years of feeling like it was my fault, am making an appointment to right the wrong that was done at Roth Neuropsychology.
