      image My significant others parent called in to cancel the atv insurance and instead they canceled the car insurance to my understanding. Yet when my significant other had a wreck they couldnt find the phone recording where she had spoken to the agent before . So, now we are on the bill for the car. Horrible customer experience. I dont know what has happened in the recent years with this company but I personally wouldnt trust them with anyones vehicle and by the current reviews others feel the same. There should be legislature to mandate and confirmation in modifications when a change occurs in the policy if it is required by regulation. This is my personal experience and thought maybe you will have better luck!
