I've been a customer of SunTrust (and predecessors) since 1967, and a customer of this branch for more than 20 years. Now the branch is being closed. SunTrust is not what it used to be.

I called today with a problem and was helped with promptly and with a pleasant attitude. Vincent was an absolute pleasure to deal with and he gave me great advice to avoid this problem (which was my fault) in the future. Amazing

When the drive thru say opens at 8:30 and you are still sitting here waiting at 8:50 and will probably have to wait til 9, is nor good service. You need to change your website drive thru hours

Dumbest bank ever the lady didn’t know what she was doing took forever then tells me a six dollar check that I was trying to cash for when I took scrap to the scrap yard that was in their name saying it could be fraudulent so she wouldnt cash a six dollar check worst bank I’ve been to
