For sure the worst Residence Inn Ive ever been to. I drove 18 hours to come to the hotel and they decide to sell out my room because they had a need for someone else when I booked my travel over three weeks ago and my wife is pregnant. Terrible service Marriott, ashamed to be a member

Its pretty quiet corner they dont have a big parking spot. There breakfast was good by looking I didnt eat I love my sleep they wont service your room unless you request.

This one is mixed. I thought it was a super room, my wife thought it was a bit overpriced. To be honest, we payed $30 more a night to stay at a Hilton in Cool Springs and the attention to detail and the quality of the room wasnt even close to that one. The manager on duty did actually showed that they cared if we stayed there or not as opposed to a local competitor we stopped to check a rate with.The rooms were fairly clean and spacious. The couch was functional but not really comfortable. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. We stayed on the ground floor and could easily hear someone walking above us even when the tv was on. You could also hear random noises outside like guests arising, car doors, and radios that thumped and bumped in the early morning from about 4am to 4:45 am. on the first morning we were there. It was quiet the other two nights/mornings. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. Breakfast area was clean and the food was fresh and hot. This hotel needs someone with a critical eye to bring it up to the rate they charge per night. The hallway we stayed in had the laundry room off of it and the carpet to our room always seemed to need vacuuming. The laundry room door appeared to be of poor quality and was damaged, and there was a short walkway light standard that had been knocked down and lying by the walkway. This hotel appears to be better suited for weekly stay visitors rather than families.
