Capital City is a horrible place. People please do not send your adults to this place to be cared for, especially if they are no verbal cause they can't tell you what some of the staff do to them. Don't get me wrong they do have some that are carrying, but others no. Trust me I have been down this road they will say one thing and then turn around and say something totally different. The place really needs to be investigated. Staff gets told not to say too much to parents at all. They have had adult protected services called on them twice over my son. Some of there staff will leave your son or daughter in tur pull up if they wear then an not change them cause most of them are lazy. My son has alot of sores on his bottom that should have been cleared up weeks ago. That's how bad they are an tell you all how long they just left him sitting in his pull.

Capitol City Is A Poor Place To Make A Career Of They Beat The Clients Half Feed Them as well as Take the FoodStamps Of The clients And Spent Them In Theyre Own Homes. They also Half Pay the Workers Mess Up Checks Every Two Week They Give Them Meds Hours Ahead Of Schedule To Keep Them Sleeping Or out Of It. They Half Clothes The Clients also Its Not A Good Place To Work Or To House Your Love Ones Both Memphis Tn And Jackson Tn Company Need To Be Investigated I Mean deep Investigation into the company and employees

One of their patients in particular has been getting abused by Capital City workers since he has moved into the latest house. Absolutely NOTHING has been done about it, and this lady gets his meds changed every time, WITHOUT the POAs consent, and then wonder why the meds are causing issues. The patient has new bruises, gashes, and beatings every weekend when he is visited, but they claim to not have any idea where this is coming from, and that he gives black eyes to himself. I have plenty of pictures I should post on here, but I will wait. I hope that other special needs kids are not being treated like this within this company. But Shame on all of you who turn a blind eye.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting a few folks from Capitol City Residential Health Care. They were all so sweet and loving. I am thankful to have had the opportunity to add them to my life as friends. I was happy to hear that all the furnishings I donated to them will be put to good use and allow those with so little to have their needs met but what I was transitioning out of my home. I am the little sister of a special needs Down's Syndrome brother and I have had the honor to surround myself with those with special needs for a long time. There is no purer soul than a special needs person. It is wonderful to have such a service available to trust with the lives of individuals who are not always well cared for. May God bless all their employees and give them all the support and financing they may ever need!
