If I could give it .5 of a star I would. My 1 year old son and I came in and they waited 30 mins to get him seen. He had a 101 fever. And they test him for the flu. And we have been setting for 30 minutes. Sad.

Weve went to the urgent care for years, but it has recently gone very downhill. My mother was in about two weeks ago for a suspected sinus infection. They gave her an antibiotic and sent her home without really being with her for more than five minutes. I took her back this Sunday because she was vomiting and a severe headache. Did not really examine her, but commented her pulse ox was low, and they sent her home with a nausea med. On Monday, she could not get out of the bed, so I called them back to see what they suggested and they told me she may have a brain aneurysm (which terrifies me) and I should probably take her to the ER. Turns out, she is septic and has had pneumonia probably since she first went in a few weeks ago. This clinic needs to do a better job spending time, listening to their patients and actually giving them a full exam.they should also not tell families that their family member could have a serious condition such as an aneurysm without some proof.
