Vicky here on my husband's account. I called today to set new patient appointments for both my husband and myself. My mother has been going to this practice for five years and is very happy, so we decided to become patients. They take wonderful care of Mom! I spoke with Mallory and she was awesome! So kind, personable, thorough and professional. Very patient and informative throughout the entire process in setting us up. I know all of the medical professionals at this practice have great reviews and many in our neighborhood go to this practice. I'm sure we'll be happy going there, I just wanted to give a review and say thank your for the great patient customer service that was given today.

My parents have been treated so well and like family by the physicians and staff. Shout out to Dr. Chad Kurzynske and Izzy! I cant thank you enough for your medical expertise and care. You are a blessing.

I had a bad service with Meribeth Follmer as a pecient I ask a question never get the answer from her no discussion what so ever when I call I was transer to the case worker she yeld at me hanging the phone on me. Not only that the case worker told me she's not going to see you no more she turnminated you she said. Like she's the only nurse practitioner in the state of TN. They thing I don't have anywhere to go Thank God I already have a new Dr. I just wanted to share my experience with this group..

I have been seeing Sara McClellan for the past several years and couldn't be more pleased with the care she provided. Fortunately for her, Unfortunately for me she has left medicine to be with her children and husband.
When I called this week for a refill of my Adderall I was told that no one associated with the Practice would be writing scripts for controlled substances in the future. She said a letter was mailed to all patients effected by this new policy decision, but I never received any letter. Anyone who uses these types of medications knows how difficult it is to find a Doc and start all over with your previous medical history, especially when your meds run out the next day. I am terrified how I'm going to find someone, let alone an Office that has provided the exception care I've received here.
