This company provided photos from another vehicle (not even the same color, make or model) to support an upwards adjustment they sent to my insurance company. They ended up getting paid over $9000.00 for a repair that was originally quoted at $2500.00. They couldn't complete the repair and I had to take it to a local body shop to finish the job.
Updated in response to owner response: Let's get the facts straight. Yes, the repair shop of my choice completed the work for $1700. Nexterra still charged over $7000 additional for roughly 3hrs of paintless dent repair. The original quote for the entire job was about $2500. My insurance company did not agree to the increase in the cost until the false photos were provided. I'll pay the remainder of this outrageous bill including my deductible and then I'm turning the whole thing over to the NICB.
Updated 4/8: Allen from Nexterra followed up on my claims and was able to provide a resolution that was acceptable to me.
