Dr. Rose and the entire staff, from the receptionists to the hygienists are amazing! You are not a number here...you are family. They know your name when you walk in and they do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. I am a HUGE chicken when it comes to dental work and they are soo sensitive to that.

Do not go here! If I could give zero stars I would. The staff are very condescending, and mock the fact that you have been unable to go to a dentist in previous years due to lack of insurance. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a dentist’s office before this. They wouldn’t clean my teeth, so I took my X-Rays and went elsewhere. They are complete scam artists who try to use scare tactics to make you pay for expensive cleaning deep cleaning treatments.

In October 2018, I had over an hour wait time after my scheduled appointment time for my 3 years old. This appointment only lasted 15 minutes once she got in to be seen. While waiting, there was no one at the desk to talk to for the majority of the hour I waited. After that experience,they scheduled us a time today to be seen. I thought I’d give them another chance since everyone has bad days. I have the card with the set time and date. I never got a call or reminder, which I thought was weird so I called today. They told me they never scheduled her!!! This place does not have it together and it’s not worth the time. There’s nothing special here that’d make me want to stay. Going to find a new place for my child ASAP.
