I hired Andy Allman in 2014 and gave him a retainer of $4500.00. He told me that I would get that back after my EEOC hearing and that didn't happen. I explained that I would need the funds back because I had been wrongful termined from my job. He didn't return phone calls or emails. You just don't lie to people that trust you with $4500.00. I just don't understand how someone could do this and still convince you that your case is a good case.

If I could give him less than 1 star, I would. Andy is a liar and a thief. He has been suspended from practicing law and is facing criminal proceedings for stealing from his clients. Over 200 people were taken advantage of and will not likely be able to recover from what he has done. The man should be in jail. Hopefully he will be.
