Pleased with my experience! I called the day before my mother's birthday for a local delivery, hoping to get something easy and beautiful for her. I asked for the "deal of the day" in the small size, styled like the "cottage days" arrangement. My mother and I are very happy with the way it turned out; the flowers are beautiful, fresh, and there are several buds which my mother is particularly grateful for. It has a nice shape and is overall an elegant arrangement. The price of the flowers and the delivery was not bad by any means, and it was delivered in the early afternoon. Thank you for helping me so I could help my mama feel even more loved on her day!

I have used West town Florist several times, and Ive always been pleased. However, and I mean a big however, today was a different story. The lady was extremely rude from the moment I walked in the door. She could not find the order that was placed three days prior, I apologized for being late to pick it up only to be told that she didnt have it at all. from that point things escalated quickly, raising her voice and actually pounding on the counter. NEVER again will I use this florist. Less than 1 star

Workers are extremely rude. The lady at the front desk argued and yelled at my friend. Put the ribbon in her face and yelled "is this what you want?!!!" Proceeded to say she never got an order from her even though she had ordered on Tuesday. Also, was talking about how customers are "impatient" and "rude" while my friend was standing RIGHT there and kept stating how she was "left alone" because another employee was at the ER, when another employee was clearly just on lunch. Corsage and Boutonniere were full of dead flowers. Watch how you speak to people if you want to continue a business, however I won't be recommending this place to anyone if they ask.
