This bank as a whole is a mess. Higher fees than most places for transfers and other things. A mobile banking app that's a joke. Can cash a check immediately, but depositing one takes processing time. The people at this branch weren't particularly friendly either.

Great bank. The branch manager here (Debbie) is a pleasure to work with and will always go out of her way to help you out. She’s very professional and really makes you feel at home. I would recommend this bank and her to anybody.

I have made two requests at this bank since I moved to the area. Both times, they pushed the problem back to me and did not assist. So, I went to the location in Greeneville, and the issue was handled promptly and with courtesy. If you want something done, don't expect it here.

Great staff, fast service and with the package pick up for US mail, FedEx, and UPS in the parking lot it's a great one stop shop.

The employees here are extremely friendly and professional. Ran like a perfect business. Just be nice to the people that work here. Always follow the Golden Rule just treat people how you'd want to be treated. Just do that everywhere like to everyone. But back to the bank. This Bank just got an overhaul, new interior new seating area new offices for loan conversation. Lobby has an amazing feel to it. I would prefer more of a refreshment station, maybe a glass Coke or a glass Pepsi while I'm in line. I've been to other banks in the past that have done that, they also had popcorn. But that apparently doesn't make the bank great, that Bank closed down after a few years. This Bank also has a very clean parking lot, please keep it that way, don't throw your trash outside. Don't litter. So yes this is my overall review for the bank, First Tennessee Bank. If you read this entire review of I thank you. You are a fantastic person! I hope you have an amazing day!
