      image This Gatlinburg branch has gone way down hill in the last 6 months. Most of the tellers desperately need customer service training. The new lady ( no name tag) in drive-thru yesterday ( 05/27/22) is awful. Her attitude, and facial expressions are not acceptable. I expect to be treated with respect, kindness and dignity when staff members are handling my financial transactions. Just a smile would have been great.
