Location makes it hard to get to in the first place, a long with ridiculous drive in waiting, but was passing today and pulled in, to immediately leave. They have changed their parking, and made all spots along and in front of the building handicapped (understandable), and the rest all online pickup spots. If you want to walkin, you have to park behind the building and walk around. Yes, cry me a river, boohoo, so you walk further. But I guess also good to work off that excess you are getting from all their grease...

I remember back about 20 years ago when fast food was actually fast. Just took 15 mins to get my order. Which considering the circumstances I would have understood, except I watch 8 people order after me and get their entire order before I got mine. I have also noticed that the drive-thru takes precedence over those who actually took the time to come in.
Update: just had to have a big Mac made twice and they still didn't get it right. I just gave up. This is sad.
Update: 3/31/24 don't worry about ordering anything specific here, they will just give you whatever they feel like. Why is it so hard to get orders right? Oh... I have a good idea why. Maybe being as all your employees first language is Spanish and very few even speak English. Which is amusing being as we are in an English speaking county and a majority of your customers probably speak English. One day I will just give up and will starve before I spend another cent at any of your so called restaurants.

The amount of missing items through a Door Dash or Uber Eats is getting ridiculous. I know the delivery drivers haven't been stealing since the anti-theft stickers are untouched. Please check your guy's orders before you complete it. Other than that keep up the good work!
