Strategic Financial Partners is a friendly and positive work place. All the staff were polite and showed interest in me as soon as I walked through the door. The way they do business is different than other firms in that they figure out what your needs and goals are first before recommending any finacial prdoucts. They do not just want to sell you life inusrance to make money, they truely care about helping clients with there finacnial goals. They have great knowledge in retirement, education, tax, estate, and investment planning, as well as much more, and I would recommend this firm to anyone.

The Strategic Financial Partners firm has a great team of advisors that can help with different financial aspects, especially the retirement savings plan. I like the atmosphere there, and they are not pushing to buy anything. Also, the company is not with MetLife. Its broker is MassMutual.

Though I have not dealt with this location of MetLife specifically, I am from Nashville and I definitely DO NOT recommend MetLife. We have had a horrible experience with MetLife in dealing with a car accident involving one of their clients and our only car. The client admitted fault immediately and did not dispute it. We both promptly filed claims, gave official statements, sent our (totaled) car exactly where they wanted us to, received the estimate and photos 48 hours later, sent them the estimate and photos 48 hours, but never heard from them. We have called (and our insurance agent has called) the adjuster on our case, Latifee Land in NC, over a DOZEN times, but we have only talked to her 2 times. It is now 8 DAYS after the accident. The people in the call center have promised to send her alerts and said that she has everything she needs and we will hear from her, but we haven't her, so each day with leave her messages, hoping that she will call us before leaving the office. She doesn't. In the meantime, the rental that they took 5 days to inform us we could rent and be reimbursed for, is coming out of pocket each day. We missed work shifts because we didn't have a car for 5 days, and now we are having to spend money we might have to spend on a new car on a rental they are supposed to be paying for. I also experienced terrible whiplash and had to go to the Dr for x-rays because they were worried I had fractured my back, thankfully I didn't, but I had to pay for the visit and the medication they gave me too. We have done everything we have been informed we need to do, and we are still waiting for them to do their job. Sadly we might have to get our lawyer involved (more money out of pocket) for us to see any progress in this situation.I don't know how they are with their own clients, but they are absolutely horrible in dealing with the people their clients have affected. They have been incredibly unorganized and frustrating, not to mention all the money they have cost us when their clients are the ones at fault. I definitely DO NOT recommend MetLife.
