      image I have four accounts with US bank and any time I visit the Fayetteville TN branch, I am treated with respect and the staff is very friendly. Last week I arrived few minutes earlier than my appointment time, Rachel called me up, did the paperwork and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. I applied for car a loan and Mr. Kimbrough informed me within an hour that my loan was approved.
      Excellent customer service, friendly staff, no complaints.

      image My bank experience was fine. However, it feels like they no longer care about their customers. They are permanently closing the drive through. I will be closing and moving all of my accounts in the near future.
