Dr. Crowder and the entire staff from front desk to nursing to lab and imaging are all really easy to work with. They are patient and courteous and smile!

If I could give them negative stars, I would. They ignored crucial documentation during my physical. I had to point out my lab order to the physician 3 times, that it was in bold and italicized-at the bottom. When I went for my MRI consult, the physician sent me on a wild Goose Chase for a nonlocking foot splint that doesn't exist. I discover this, after spending all day going from lot-to-lot on crutches-without them even giving me a handicap sign. They hopelessly botched my comp after 3 hours on the phone, 30 min. With an adjustor, and 1 hr. in the lobby. The Tennessee Board of Health finds this acceptable. What's more, realizing what they had done, I was overwhelmed by a preponderance of new paperwork that had materialized out of nowhere that I then had to coordinate between comp and Tennessee Labor-who promptly sent my reimbursement check to the wrong address. I had to drop my LPN course, despite making passing grades. I'm never going back. I wouldn't wish the nightmare they put me through on my worst enemy.
