My son was in icu a couple of weeks ago. I want to thank the doctors and nurses who took excellent care of him. Not only did you take excellent care of him, you took care of us (the family) as well. You all gave caring a whole new meaning. As his family, we cannot thank you all enough.
Even when we were told that he might have been sent to Nashville for better care, you all continued to give him the best of care.
He's making excellent progress since his release. Along with the many prayers and your loving care, he's going to be alright.
Again, a big to the doctors and nurses.

Throughout my moms experience in the hospital, it has been nothing but trash. The first two days we had amazing nurses, but there after, along with one of the disrespectful PCTs, it has been trash. Theyre lazy, messy, and unresponsive. My mom stayed on the 8th floor (809), and the last two days one of our nurses was Kelcey! Do better, my family shouldnt have to do your job for you!!!!

I was released from Jackson Madison on April 4 2024 . The nurses on that floor were awesome and I found them wonderful and very kind I think its the best experience I have had at a hospital. They are very sweet and compassionate they are a wonderful asset to the hospital. I was on floor c7 my name is Susan Simpson.
