Horrible property management. Stacey Allspach is disrespectful, condescending, and unprofessional. They don't want to repair issues and maintenance requests take weeks to resolve. If they allow the owners to not keep property up to code then don't rent the place! We've been threatened and had to deal with unsafe and unhealthy situations. Very poor communication that has caused me to get upset and lead us to regret renting from this group. They don't follow TN renter's rights. It's been aweful.

Jay Allen was the person who we worked with at Mountaineer Realty. Extremely knowledgeable and a very hard working honest Individual. We were very lucky to find such an individual as Jay to help sell our house.

Garrett vonBerge is truly a great Realtor and a great guy! He went above and beyond for us. We had a lot of questions and concerns and he was very helpful and polite. 5 Stars are not enough.
