Iwalked in and the atmosphere was great had a couple laughs and they treated me like I was someone they really wanted to help out as a disabled veteran I really appreciated it because with my disability it isn't always like that I'm a new customer for life now and any veterans out there give them a chance

5 stars for Sonya always. The new location is difficult awful, access, traffic, inconvenient, no easy access ramps. Bad location choice. Again, Sonya is "the best," attentive and very quick at the same time. Your company is extremely fortunate to have this person. If I were still a recruiter, Heights (new or Covington) would be extremely lucky to keep her with your company. Thank you for your time and assistance.

I dont have a loan through this company and never have. However I know someone that had one and life took a terrible turn for them and they became homeless and had to relocate completely after losing their home and everything in it. So she explains to this person that she cannot pay anything at the moment as she is hardly making money to live and is homeless at the moment and the woman on the phone wants to get ignorant and irate and tell this person there is no way they are homeless if she is employed and this person needs to make it make sense to her as it is impossible to be homeless and have a job. I get people have jobs to do but there is no reason to talk to anyone the way this woman talked to her. Disgusting to say the least.
