Theft through fees! I called customer service about fees I'm seeing taken from my accounts and another issue. Dan, the customer service agent made a bunch of snide remarks about me being able to afford the $10 Excess Fee (theft). He couldn't tell me what the fee was for.
But that is what I've come to expect from this trash bank. It's rare to have a positive experience with Regions. They steal your money, pay almost ZERO interest, provide sub-par banking and customer service. You will be charged a lot of fees, and Regions doesn't have anywhere to look up the fees. When you call in to inquire about the "fees" they'll get rude with you, hoping you'll hang up and never call again.
Customer service doesn't want to deal with you or your issue. They simply don't care if you remain a customer.

So today I went in on a mission to deposit a check for a potential job. Good thing I did because after speaking with Stephanie warner. I found out the check was a fraud ajd I coukd gone to jail if cashed. All..around an amazing bank.

I have banked here for 15 plus years, the tellers are always friendly. Unfortunately, that demeanor does not align with senior bankers. They are hurried and simply rude . I want use the term demeaning perhaps that should be expected. I have had two encounters in the past few months presenting to the lobby , once for notary and once for an interaction for a IRA- dreadfully as they always want to use a rude , harsh tone with intent of talking down to you as a customer. I find this so disappointing as historically, they were exceptional to deal with . I had higher hopes today as the pandemic has ended, the subpar performance continues.
Great again if you need the drive thru the tellers are great.

I have been a customer at Regions since moving to Tn. Always makes me feel heard and respected. My mortgage is with Regions as well. Never had any issues. Staff is always friendly and easy to deal with on anything I have had to do at the bank. Would never ever switch. Thank you Regions!
