Shoutout to Chasie and Bree for their outstanding customer service and professionalism at Enterprise on Germantown Parkway. It's rare to receive such excellent service on the weekend, and they truly exceeded my expectations. Enterprise, you've got some exceptional assets to your corporation. Thank you, Chase and Bree, for your hard work!

Poorly run location. Employees dont communicate with renters when an issue arises.

If a business ever deserved to be shut down its this enterprise. I booked online for a weeklong rental with my bank card and I was to pick up friday evening. Upon arrival i was told I needed to pay for the entire rental upfront with a credit card and that my bank card would be refunded in around a week. At location I gave them my credit card and was charged the deposit plus rental fees. After I paid I was told the suv I had rented was not there even though I could clearly see it on the lot. After speaking with customer service on the phone they cancelled my old reservation and made another reservation at a closer location for the next morning. The next morning upon arrival to pick up our suv I was told to go back to the original location to pick it up as it was there all along. Once returning to the original location the suv was gone and they had rented it out. Keep in mind that my bank card had been charged a full deposit plus the entire rental fee for a week and my credit card had been charged a full deposit and rental fee twice already only to be told that since the suv I was picking up had been rented out they would have to cancel the reservation and try and do another one. At this point I feel like the manager at the enterprise location was just dead set on not renting me a vehicle and offered me a subcompact at the same rate. Thankfully Avis was just down the road and had me in and out and on the road in under an hour. To this day I do not understand why this manager at enterprise went out of his way to make things so difficult. I was nothing but polite to this person and he did everything he could to tie up the money I was taking my family on vacation with and not rent me a car like it was a game to him. If anyone from enterprise reads this you should use this situation as an example of why you shouldnt put petty people in position of power.
