bailey stark is an amazing leasing agent she helped us out so much getting us in an apartment in very short notice and Morgan the manager is so sweet and darrell is so kind when we come into the office i definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice apartment

Worst experience of my life would rather be homeless then deal them folks in the office. If they are paid $20 an hour they are $19 an hour over paid.

Worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. I have no idea how the complex has as high as a score as they do. My guess is they have paid for reviews or gone on and reviewed it themselves. Not only is the office staff extremely rude and unprofessional, but its a swinging door with people constantly being let go and hired. They harassed me and honestly made me feel uncomfortable in my own home.

Very bad experience although I do have to say the apartments itself is nice but moving out process and receiving my deposit back refunded has been super misleading and scamming they charged me for something sticky bean on the carpet, which was never there prior to us leaving maybe one of their employees stepped in there and when I asked for pictures, she said I cant send you pictures. Its not something you could see in a picture.
Overall There staff tells you one thing and the manager tells you something else theyre not on the same page
PS I do have to say maintenance was fast when there was issues in the apartment
But the charges and extra fees and not refunding my deposit
