This hotel was a great find. Inexpensive, comfortable, well adorned rooms with top notch service personnel. One gentleman helped me search the entire lobby inside and out to help me find some ketchup packets, and another guy let me know all about the love of cricket in the Middle East. I had a great time at this Quality Inn.

We always check our beds before we stay somewhere. Had to cancel a different hotel because we werent 21. Came here and they had beg bugs and wont refund money and that we have to get it refunded by the 3rd party we went through. Was not very pleasant talking with them. Very rude and not understanding at all.

We have stayed at this Quality Inn location twice and it has improved with renovations this visit. There is still work to be done but the beds were clean as were the rooms. We kind of miss the hot breakfast, bacon or sausage with gravy would be nice. Aayush was a welcome addition when we arrived. Aayush was very friendly and you could tell he likes his job. Right off the highway (40) lots of good places for lunch / dinner in the immediate area. Thank you for your hospitality. Enjoy your day, Laura and Joe

Room is clean, quiet, comfortable. Elevator works quick. Front desk guys are very nice. This will be our go to place when coming to Cookeville.
Rooms: Nice quiet comfortable shower worked great
Nearby activities: We come for the livestock sales
Safety: Well lit parking areas
Food & drinks: Right by Dunkin donuts, cook out, Popeyes, burger King, McDonald's etc
