I have since moved, but my time living here was great. Great quiet area. Met a lot of great neighbors. The office, and maintenance staff was great. Very well kept property

I loved this place till I had the worst upstairs neighbor who constantly filed false noise complaints on me and showed up to my door at 3am one day. She would always claim they were making noise after quiet hours when they werent and she never had proof. I asked for proof and she or the management office couldnt provide me with anything. She would intentionally stomp loud as hell shaking the entire apartment cause my dogs to bark during non quiet hours then file a noise complaint after when we would be sleep. One time she filed another false noise complaint on me and my dogs when I had Covid saying the were barking when in fact they werent. I had security cameras set up the entire time. On the day I was moving out that she caused when my dogs werent even there I left them with family and was simply moving my furniture out of the apartment during non quite hours she filed yet another noise complaint saying my dogs were barking. I loved that apartment a lot until management took her side with no evidence what so ever. That being said if you have dogs dont move there because it is in fact not pet friendly in the building I was in.

Its a nice place to live and to call our homeI dont have any issues in this place since we moved here way back Sept. of 2021. This place has lots of amenities from outdoor swimming pool, fitness gym, dog park, garbage disposal, bbq place, and its well take cared. We had 2 bedrooms apartment and 2 bath. Since well cleaned the first day we occupied this place, of course we have to leave with no happy heart as we also cleaned everything and repainted the little marks on the wall as respect to the next occupant.Its a peaceful neighborhoods.
Its a good habit not to leave a messed before moving so it is presentable as this reflects our personality.
The only reason of leaving this area is to get closer to my new school where I teach, so I dont need to get up early and short distance to drive.
So as whole experience to this place, it was very good stay for 2 years.
Highly recommend.
