Terrible just terrible I was told my bill was going to be 93 something a month and ended up being 124 a month and was charged for something I never asked for, and tv is terrible it lags and gets blurry so don't do it.

The only advice I have for those who shop here make sure you understand the services that are provided and makes it so easy and convenient if you know what you're paying for.
My son enjoys the service and so do the ladies of the house the Wi-Fi gives a great experience for the family experience

Horrible service. I was charged for something I never asked for , apple tv and was told by spectrum to bring them to this store to get credit, the girl at the front desk blue gair was rude , unprofessional and argued . Raised her voice at me not the smart thing to do when you work customer service . Awful
