ACW is so outdated when it comes to taking payments. They charge a 3% processing fee for an in person payment via credit card/debit card. If trying to avoid added fees, then they'll accept auto bank draft or by check/cash only. Out of ALL our bills, this is the ONLY company we ever have issues with our checks arriving on time(according to staff) via USPS. We bank with USAA & do everything through online banking. Received last bill on January 26, 2022. USAA cut a check the same day via USAA Online Banking. Today is February 14th & ACW claims to still not have received our check. Optedto pay in person by personal check. They did not charge us a late fee which was nice but, I just really wish they were setup for online bill pay or for accepting card payments over the phone/in person without charging extra fees. Personal Checks cost consumers money & are not ideal forms of payment for monthly reoccurring payments. Not many people want to participate in auto bank draft and clearly the United States postal system is very unreliable these days. Online bill pay would be the better way to go if they wouldn't charge the consumer with additional fees. Just my opinion.

Doing patch work instead of replacing pipe. Keeps them a job getting overtime while we do with out water.

Anderson County Water Authority is a joke! I received NO notice about my water being shutoff then get home from work and no water! Pay my bill right away at 5:15pm and expected water to be on when i get home from work the following day... Go figure! You all cant even do that so now, day two of no water!
I WILL be drilling for a well and you idiots can blow one!

After paying Hallandale Powell over 200 a month or more for years its nice to have very small water bills now thank you!
