This place is the worst dental place I have ever been too. Over a year and still no word back from them even after insurance approved it. Everytime I call the women are rude to me and disrespectful. The dentist man was nice but his workers are not. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Late review but still relevant. A few years ago I had a surgery done by Dr. Anderson at UT (where he was on call) my mother and I both were told not to worry he would fix my face and wouldnt charge me until he was finished and I could make payments to his office at that time. This however was NOT the case I was told I wouldnt be left with disfiguring scars he would make sure of it. Fast forward to a few in office surgeries later and bam out of the blue I was told by office staff I could no longer see him until I paid my balance which was not the agreement we had. I tried to talk to him directly and was never allowed to by the office staff, I left so many messages I eventually gave up. The remaining scars have cost me so much in the way of self esteem and multiple unalive attempts. Either this office dont care or the doctor was never notified that I had been calling him for close to a year if not longer. I requested medical records and was told they were off site and I would be called when they were retrieved, thats been 5 plus years ago. I however plan on restarting my journey to obtain those along with getting to speak to Dr Anderson DIRECTLY. I am taking back my dignity and WILL get my FaceTime with this man if it means I see him at UT where I now work. Just so it cant be misconstrued I always planned on paying this man for his work but after he up and abandoned me I refuse to pay a dime till he speaks to me like a ethical Doctor should!

My son recently had to have some work done and Mrs Cindy was absolutely amazing! Also the assistant (mya) couldn't of been sweeter!
